Hội đồng liên trường đại học nói tiếng Pháp của Vương quốc Bỉ (C.I.U.F.-C.U.D./C.U.I.) tặng sách đợt II cho Thư viện Cao học

Thông qua Chương trình "Toán ứng dụng - Tối ưu hóa" của GS. Nguyễn Văn Hiền, Hiệu trưởng ĐH Khoa học, Viện đại học Namur, Vương quốc Bỉ và GS. Phan Quốc Khánh, giáo sư trường ĐH. Khoa học Tự nhiên, ĐHQG TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Hội đồng liên trường đại học nói tiếng Pháp của Vương quốc Bỉ (C.I.U.F.-C.U.D./C.U.I. - Conseil InterUniversitaire des Universités Francophones de Belgique - Coopération Universitaire au Développment / Coopération Universitaire Institutionnelle) đã gởi tặng Thư viện Cao học  đợt II gồm 61 cuốn sách với 57 nhan đề. Tổng cộng hai đợt Thư viện Cao học đã nhận 127 cuốn sách với 118 nhan đề.

Hiện diện tại buổi Lễ trao tặng sách được tổ chức vào sáng thứ Bảy (ngày 06/03/99), có GS Nguyễn Văn Hiền, Hiệu trưởng ĐH Khoa học, Viện ĐH Namur, Vương quốc Bỉ, Chủ nhiệm Chương trình "Toán ứng dụng - Tối ưu hóa" cùng GS Phan Quốc Khánh, đối tác phía Việt nam. Về phía Trường ĐH. Khoa học Tự nhiên có PTS Dương Ái Phương, Phó Hiệu Trưởng, GS Nguyễn Hữu Anh, Trưởng Khoa Toán - Tin học, nhiều CBGD Khoa Toán - Tin học và toàn thể CB CNV Thư viện Cao học.


 GS Nguyễn Văn Hiền tặng sách tượng trưng cho PTS Dương Ái Phương, Phó Hiệu trưởng. Thạc sĩ Nguyễn Minh Hiệp, GĐ Thư viện Cao học phát biểu cám ơn.

Được biết trong đợt này ngoài việc tặng sách cho Thư viện Cao học, GS Nguyễn Văn Hiền đại diện Hội đồng liên trường đại học nói tiếng Pháp của Vương quốc Bỉ còn trang bị cho Khoa Toán - Tin học, Trường ĐH. Khoa học Tự nhiên một số thiết bị tin học trị giá hơn 13.500 USD. Thư viện Cao học còn nhận được hai monitors 17 inches giúp cho độc giả Thư viện xem các trang web tốt hơn.
